Hiring of specialized technical services to support the monitoring of compliance with routine conservation obligations in Concession Lots 01, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 19, 20, 21 , 22, 23, 24 and 25 by the respective CONCESSIONAIRE, with a view to gauging the proper performance of the service, pursuant to art. 31 of Federal Law No. 8,987, of February 13, 1995, and, specifically, compliance with the charges contained in the clauses of the Concession Contracts for the Exploration of Highway Systems, as well as the regulations and standards issued by ARTESP – GROUP 05 – LOTS 19 and 21.
