CDHU Housing Designs – Lot 1 – Center

Support to the management of the activities of elaboration of architectural and engineering designs and execution of works, as well as the activities related to Housing Assistance (Social Technical Work, covering the marketing process, housing assistance situations and monitoring of the use/occupation of real estate, etc.), in housing developments, in subdivisions, in interventions in an area of irregular occupation, referring to Lot 1 – Metropolitan Region of São Paulo – ABC/São Paulo – Southeast I – Centro.

• Design Management of 6,249 HUs;
• Construction Management of 22 designs, involving 5,003 HUs, 38 community equipment and various urbanization and infrastructure services, benefiting 1,228 families;
• Social Technical Work with 27,496 individualized services and guidance from 3,982 families;
• Post-occupation social work, involving organization and orientation for conviviality, benefiting 522 families.
